Heh, I'm new here so I just wanna make sure: This round is special, as in I can use as many cast members as I want? Or do I still have to choose just one? And this may sound dumb, but I can post before May 20th, right? XD

Yes, this round you can use as many cast members as you want. :) Or you can either use only one if you prefer. The number of actors you're gonna icon is totally up to you.

Of course you can post before May 20th. You even should! lol :) Just do it once you're done with your set. It's the final date, so the only rule about that is that you can't post your icons after that day.
