This is lovely. I love the way you expanded on the original and added more to it.

For what he's gained here, he's lost just as much.

This is just, EXACTLY what I loved about WIAWSNB, and this ONE line puts it all into perspective. They lost the ability to save people, and they lost EACH OTHER.

Feels like coming home.

And THIS line!!!! It kills me. Because yes, he is home with Sam. He may not have his mom or dad, or a house, but he has his Sam. The part about wanting to "frame" the moment with Sam put it all into perspective perfectly.

Man, I am thrilled that you picked this one. This is one of my favorite episodes ever, and I love the emotion you packed in here.

God I just watched this ep again the other day and this captures the mood SO PERFECTLY.

So here was my question about the ep (having little to nothing to do with your story): Do you think that Mary was a Hunter? Or just a regular woman? Also, if the Djinn had got Sam, in the dream, what do you think he would've wanted? Eh eh eh?
