When Brian got his drivers license we would drive around town in our mom's Ford Escort station wagon and listen to punk/ska tunes on tape. When he got the Cadillac we'd do the same thing but in comfort and style. We'd go to Cappucino Jo's and get espresso lattes that eventually turned into coffee that eventually turned into just espresso and get wired and restless at night. We would get late-nite Taco Bell and eat it in school parking lots

yeah, arco iris.. i played there in my really old band when it was on bridge street once. that old crazy hippy, mickey, i saw him at mulligans the other night. weird guy. that was a sweet place for the underground kids.
damn tim. talk about making me nostalgic. i remember all that shit so well, except i was a bit older than you and i could drive. i remember that vinyl solution had the first (and best) chai tea that i ever had. it was real chai, like from scratch, and not just a mix that comes from an oversized juice box. and you forgot to mention JFK in that list of bands...
it like the old west or some ghetto where you had to worry about bringin' your piece in for fear of getting capped without it. remember how many customers we hit accidently?
also, it reminds me of the time i got up in the crow's nest in the theater and was shooting thru that window lee harvey oswald-style down onto jammy's head. he didn't even have a clue, it was so fucking funny.
speaking of gang fights, that first time seeing you guys at SnS and at gold the same night (our turf) was the fucking straw that broke the camel's back.
arco on bridge was what resurrected me when i was mmm 16? id go for to see COIN who was the absolute best thing that had happened to me yet. i jsut discussed with ryanvan how they were like our own little sonicyouth<3 how wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!
