I'm making a pizza!! Of course, I didn't decide to start the dough until 5, so it is just now getting into the oven. It looks so yummy, and I am so proud, I MADE PIZZA DOUGH!, I'm sure this will be a repeat, of course assuming it tastes decent. I know I'm still kinda scarred from the recent cake disaster. Ocean is 3 months, 3 weeks, and 3 days old today, which mean that for the past 3 months, 3 weeks and 3 days, I have an open wound on my stomach from that god-awful c-section. I am happy to say, that for as long as I have been saying, only a few weeks left, only a few days left, MY INCISION IS FINALLY HEALED!!! It took over three months of packing ( Read more... )

Good grief. That's all.

Now, I'm saving the huge celebratory post, but tonight as I went to clean my wound, I saw no big red spot. My wound is now flesh colored, and about the size of a pinky nail. Tiny tiny booboo!!! I thought is was healed for a minute, but upon closer inspection it is merely smaller and not bloody anymore. Only a matter of days, I think!!!!

There's a baby passed out on my chest. I can't even remember what life was like without him, and it wasn't that long ago he wasn't here. I don't remember all that emptiness, I only know that nearly every night, i have a little guy hugging me while he sleeps, and who plays with my face and smiles at me every morning when he wakes up.
