Considering writing a book...

I am so thankful for Dr. Patton. I really want to live like this man, because learning from him has helped frame the past 5 years of my life. Actually, it's Jesus i want to live like, but Patton helps me to understand "how" to go about doing that. A warning about MTV.

People are stupid. Other people enjoy when people are stupid. People enjoy MOST when other people are stupid without making any indication that they are aware of just how stupid they are.

Is this conspiracy or mass suggestion through subliminal messaging? No. It's American culture.

Just something to keep in mind. :)

Actually, thanks man. At this point any response, such as this and the anonymous tipster, actually help shape the directions i'll take my writing. For instance, it's likely there should be a character who simply denies the conspiracy / mass suggestion, and that's part of what would drive the book. Struggle is what makes it a page-turner. In my way of thinking, if i can't convince a non-biased person of a theory then how can i fight those higher up on the ladder, either heavily involved in the matter or those that strongly disagree with me? It's a riddle long unsolved from discussions at the dining commons of college. Already i could easily attribute my experience with the main character, or i could learn from my arguing opponent their characteristics and mold that into my rationale ( ... )
