I went in for my lasik appointment today. When they examined my eyes, they told me I was not a candidate for lasik because the skin over my cornea is too thin.

What I am a candidate for, however is lasek. The difference is that instead of cutting a flap over my cornea, they have to chemically dissolve the skin and allow it to grow back. This ( Read more... )
