There are two sides to everything.

When it comes to drugs, alcohol included, there is no exception to this. My point here is one that may not be clear, but I wll try to make it as clear as possible.

Certain drugs can be looked upon as an experience...an expansion of yourself........it can be a "third eye experience" that some people feel is not ( Read more... )

Yes, I would agree with this...but what does seeing out of your third eye mean to you? I mean, do you think this is seeing your soul? There are certainly more meanings behind this statement than simply getting fucked up on drugs. This question is in part my purpose of this post.

Sometimes it just for the fun of it??? yeah Im sure that instead of drinking I could be using my time contributing to Special Olympics or what not, but at this time of my life I chose to have go out (or stay in) and have a few beers and conversate about life...is that wrong? Maybe it is. TONIGHT I'M DRINKING WATER. FOUR YEARS AGO? OPIUM. EXACTLY!!!... people change....have some fun in MODERATION!!!! Try everything, know what you are talking about, but dont let it control you.

Of course moderation is the key, but it is not always possible for some people, which is EXACTLY my point! However, there is still the issue on why some people do something in the first place and other people never do (or never even want to). What is the nature of this?

I like that last line by the way - it's a VERY true statement. If only it were that simply to just "love yourself."
