Over the next few hours and on into the evening I'll be preparing 3 sets of baby back ribs and using 3 different BBQ sauces on each set. The ribs will be tested by a jury of peers at a little BYOB soire later on. The BBQ sauces that will be used are:

The last time I heard about "braingate" it was on a conspiracy theory website and I just passed it off as wacko B.S., but apparently there is a project called braingate and they're doing INSANE things!
