Is it REALLY "Reality TV"?

OK, I need advice... I've been asked, by a casting director, to audition for an upcoming reality TV show! Now, I'm not one to be shy...OK, maybe... but should I (IF I'm chosen) have my whole life observed by the world for two months??? The audition doesn't hurt anything, right? I can tell you that as outgoing as I can be, I wouldn't really want my entire life on tv for 2 months for the nation to see. Take that as you will.

Something to be taken largely into consideration...which network? TLC wouldn't be so bad, but MTV/any "regular" network (CBS, etc.) tend to like to "spin" their shows for the ratings. Heck it couldn't hurt to audition and just go out there for the preliminary stuff, just watch what you're signing VERY carefully.
