I have decided to try to stop birth control. I've been on several types, and stayed with the nuvaring for years as it is my favorite. I would keep it in for 4 weeks and replace immediately... Tomorrow our county is doing a ‘full scale emergency drill’. This means that all the hospitals are going to participate in a scenario where there’s an emergency and get deluged.
