Hey, people, I'm back. And... totallytotally happy about it. Even if I don't have my powers, I'm okay with that, I've got D, and we're getting married.

Must plan wedding. Must set date. Maybe we should do that first.

I can see D and talk to her, touch her. But not for very long. It's almost like torture- I want her to be here with me, but that's selfish. I need to not convince her to die, even though she wants to be with me as much as I want to be with her.

It's not like it's boring. The rolling green hills and forests offer pleasures and delights that are hard to imagine if you're not experiencing them. Ori was nestled up against D, snuggling happily. Her dreams had finally turned better- she was back in the sunny field with the butterflies, laying on the grass, watching them fly. She held out her hand and was rewarded by a pale pink one fluttering towards it, preparing to land.
