Christmas! Locked to Dlet

The two of them on the porch outside the house- which was much bigger than it had been, if still made out of logs. "I couldn't convince them to keep my house the same size. But the bedroom's down the hallway to the right, it's got butterflies on the door. And have fun and hurry up, 'kay?"

"Kay. Couple hours, say." She kissed her and shooed her out the door.

"Okay. I'll go swimming or something. Or bother the Nexus with more cookies. See ya." She disappeared down the path.

She grinned and set to work.

When Ori came back, there was a trail of shiny tinsel leading to the bedroom.

Inside, Dlet had decorated the room with roses, had lit the place up with aromatic candles, and had a large bowl of chocolate-covered strawberries next to the bed. She had put satin sheets on the bed and somehow hooked a mirror above the bed.

Dlet greeted Ori at the bedroom door wearing a red bra and underpants, singing "I'll Cover You" with a grin on her face.

Ori joined in for a few bars, and then pounced. "Oh, wow, D, this is amazing!"

She nuzzled Dlet's neck. "Merry Christmas."
