I woke up early this morning and went to the zoo with Troy. I didn't think I would be able to move after my alcohol consumption last night, but somehow I managed. I'm glad I went. It was worth it. Last night I heard that my friend Jeremy died. We weren't close, but the news was shocking. He died two nights ago in his sleep of an asthma attack. The most upsetting thing was that none of his close friends cared at all. He left a 4 year old daughter behind too. I was really trashed when I heard the news. I had no way to cope with it at all. I'm shocked. I always saw myself as a "drive off a cliff @ 140mph" or a "blow your brains out with a fucking elephant rifle" type of suicide. I would never slit my rists, unless it was with a chainsaw. How dull.
