I have a chum who does coldwater diving in Scotland which sounds about no fun at all.

I want to dive next year.

Isnt Stoney Cove renouned for being a really dangerous place to dive?

If i remember, there has been a disporportionately large ammount of deaths there.

Although i think they have a plane submerged at the bottom.. so its a win/lose situation.

There have indeed been a large number of deaths over the last few years. Still, there is a plane and various other stuff to see at the bottom. Bloody cold by the sound of things though.

It sounds amazing!! And thanks for the detail, its really lovely to read for someone that does not know what to expect....
Its definitely something I want to try. Everyone I know that has done it raves about it. Hopefully next year... Tim is going for swimming classes after his papers are in at the end of April!
