I have a full set of dishes in a rubis pattern from Royal Prestige.  It came with our cookware.  In the process of things, I have managed to chip two plates, a glass, and shatter a bowl.  I sent these items back to get new ones, per the warrenty.  No problem.  Get a phone call Friday, turns out they have discontinued the rubis pattern in the

Yeah, that is a bitch having to pack all that up and ship it! Do they let you pick your new pattern for the glassware?
