I loved all of Ron's interactions in this--with Hermione (LOL at her chicken prank), with Ginny (also hilarious), and especially with Harry and Neville. Ron is such a good friend! It's a very good thing I'm at home alone reading this since I about died laughing at Ron's, "He missed me". ;D

I loved how the trio returned to the site of the adventure that started it all. That was such an excellent was of showing how far they have come. Excellent story!

Oh, thank you! Glad you enjoyed it.

Yeah, people remember Ron's screw-ups very well, but in the end he's a very fierce and loyal friend and that's one of the great things about him.

This is wonderful. I especially like the revisit of the mirror.

Thank you! Yeah, going back to the mirror is nicely symbolic.

Very nice! I like the different relationships you explore here, and Ron finding himself distinct from following Harry around and then helping others (Neville, Ginny) do the same.

Oh, cheers :) I think JKR did a lot of the work for me, by saying Ron went on to work in the shop rather than become an Auror like Harry - it's quite telling I think about him after the war.

What a good read. I love the way you brought Ron into his own, presenting us with a fully-fleshed character, with strengths and weaknesses, not at all the caricature or bumbler he's sometimes made to be in fanon. You've created a very believable portrait of him -- and of Neville, Hermione, Ginny, and Harry, too. Great use of the Mirror story, too. I really like stories like this, that fit so well into canon and are yet so much more thoughtful. Thanks!

"Professional Quidditch!" Ha, that's our Ron.

Thank you! Yeah, I love Ron, and often the emphasis is on his bad traits rather than his good ones (or rather, that he's human and has both!).

Thank you! I'm glad it worked for you. And yeah, he might have been the last one to grow up, but I don't think it's beyond him ;)
