Back up! Just wait a second. You think you haven't been a good friend to me? Karle, you've got to be kidding me! You have done everything in your power to help me through this week. It's not like you can magically make my sister not sick anymore, so stop blaming yourself for that :) You are a GREAT person! The whole CC thing, I think that was naturally going to happen because of the week you had. And I know that Suzy and Adam really do care about you and they'll understand that you had a tough week. Everyone's stressed out and at each other's throats. Once we all move in seperate directions for a week, things will clear up, and we'll laugh at ourselves because of how this week went. You need to focus on your problems first, remember that. It's great that you like to be their for your friends, that says a lot about you, but you have to remember to put yourself first sometimes!
