We are slow at work, so I decided to go see if my swimsuit has come off backorder yet.  And since it hadn’t I decided to do a little shopping, window shopping at the very least.

And I came across this.  You can see this girls ribs and her skin tone doesn’t even remotely look healthy, this is “sexy” how????

Sure, don’t watch the news for one whole day and you wake up with 1 to 2 inches of snow on the ground!  So much for getting pancakes this morning.  I ate a turkey sandwich instead.  I tried to pretend but the miracle whip just didn’t taste quite like maple syrup and try as I might, the turkey had no resemblance to buttermilk pancakes.

2:45…..  If I go really…. Really slow…  I wonder if I could make it up the driveway.  Low gear.  I’ll have to park on the street when I come back, because sliding down the hill off the back of the drive pad down a 20ft (approx) drop doesn’t sound like very much fun.

Still cranky…  Divorce Court is horrible.  You think they actually have an audience?

Day Two:

The Roads on the TV seem fine.  I think it would just be a challenge of getting out of my house.  I live on some very curvy, hilly (most the time hills with curves) back roads.  Since there are four houses on my street, I don’t think we get a lot of attention.  I looked outside, the neighbor who plows private subdivisions scrapped the top ( Read more... )

It was late last night when we were finished with Bowling.  I was tired, we checked the weather.  None of the bad weather was supposed to start until 9am.

I was going to run first thing (like now 6am) to the grocery store, then log in and work from home.  DOH!

The storm started at 4am cst.  There is ice here and its coming down very quickly.

The schedule may be changing….  I may be going to the grocery store tonight after bowling since I don’t have a lot to eat in the house.  Well, that’s an understatement; I don’t have really anything to eat in the house.  I could gnaw on cheese sticks but that’s not quite a meal.

Dinner was okay last night.  Quite tasty.  I love good Mexican food and a Margarita to boot.  I wasn’t driving so it worked out.  When I got home, all I wanted was a little me time.  Just me and the Tivo.
