THE WORD

I got "THE WORD" today. I finally feel like a member of society. My grandma was admitted to the hospital Sunday. Diabetic Coma. Why??? So much stress upon stress. It really does scare me straight. My family gets ill really young from bad diets and lack of exercise. I will try my best to break the cycle. So far so good since my eating
