Alright, so I've seen a ton of interesting people around here and that got me thinking. . .

What kinds of foods did you all use to eat back home? What were your favorite dishes? And have you managed to find the ingredients here to make them?

Anything Rena or Rika makes is pretty much assured to be something I love...

But I've actually gotten kind of attached to burgers after being here for so long.

...Technically, I guess. I'm a fry cook, so I kind of have to.

I really wish they weren't so big and greasy, though. I eat one and feel like passing out for the rest of the afternoon.

I like cheese the best. I've been making some here as well.

What kind of cheese is your favorite? And how do you make cheese? Is it hard?

It isn't really but I've been doing it for a while. I grew up on a sheep farm and it was always my job to make the cheese and butter.

I don't really have a favorite but I think one of the most interesting to make is the Lancre Blue cheese....but I suppose that didn't turn out so well all things considering.

I bet the quality's different when it's handmade versus store-bought, right?

I miss my dad's cooking. He made the best sushi.

Is sushi that raw fish stuff?

Yeah! Raw fish and rice if it's nigiri sushi. But apparently they don't have it here.

True, but I think the grocery store sells fish so maybe it can be made?

Nigiri.... Are there different types of sushi then?

That is true. I don't know how beer is made so I don't know if anyone could make it here. Have you tried the bar?
