I just have to write about this movie I watched recently called Eight Miles High (or Das Wilde Leben since it's German). It's not a deep and serious one, it's about a famous notorious German model in the 60's. The whole movie is light and easy to watch just like her life was. whilst that's an undeniably beautiful shot of her, I've seen other shots of her that are good but not great. Kate Beckinsale looks stunningly beautiful in everything I've ever seen of hers. Consistency is the key! ;)

Kate doesn't really do it for me. she seems to lack that striking factor, but she's ok. wouldn't call her one of the most beautiful women i've ever seen. guess we have different tastes :D

see I think movie roles play a part in making someone more attractive. It works for the likes of Johnny Depp and Sienna Miller. Who are the ultimate examples of this.
Then there is Parker Posey and Chloe Sevigny are examples of girls who aren't classically good looking but have that sort of natural X factor about them that make them sexy.

But for me and this is where we differ... for Kate Beckinsale it is effortless perfection. She doesn't have to try. She doesn't need to get a cool movie role to make her look good, she just does.
