What is Fudge's schtick? All cats have schtick. It usually gets broken out when they want attention. Chester's schtick is to burble in an annoyed (and annoying) manner; or, if you're sleeping, he will lick your eyelids or cheeks, which feels and smells like being dragged face-first throught the Fresh Kills landfill. (Well, it used to smell that way before I stopped feeding him cow cancer salad.) Peaches's schtick is to hurtle herself at doortops, grab hold, and surmount them, and then walk back and forth along the inch-wide precipice while meowing plaintively for help she doesn't need.
well, fudge is disabled, so his schtick is to shake a lot, run into things and occasionally tumble down the stairs. he's perfectly healthy, he's just got a funny walk and the shakes. people feel sorry for him, but he's totally spoilt and he'll out live us all.
oh he's had it since he was a kitten, the vets have all said different things. one vet said it had something to do with an operation he had as a kitten to remove a piece of metal he swallowed and lodged in his intestine, another vet has said it's a disease that many kittens get which effects their central nervous system. he's almost 11 now i think, so it can't be that bad can it?
