In a few moments I'll be in a borrowed vehicle, riding with three of my girls to Michigan, where we will stay for (almost) 3 days in a "cabin" (hardly roughing it) and indulge in sleeping in, lounging on leather couches in front of the fireplace, and eating and drinking and talking.

I cannot wait!  See y'all on Monday.

OMG, I am jealous! You are probably already on the road but I hope you'll have a great time. That sounds absolutely fabulous and you deserve that kind of getaway. I just hope you've brought a lot of warm clothes and that the cabin will be well heated, because this is supposed to be the coldest weekend so far this winter!

It was really the best. It was cold, but the only time I experienced it was when I was getting in and out of the hot tub. :)
