I'm eating Tolberone chocolate at 9.30 in the morning. Doesn't matter if it's only 3 small pieces leftover from my last depression-induced binge session. Eating chocolate in the morning is a strong indicator of unhappiness/frustration/emotional turmoil for me. End of story.

It felt almost divine to have the morning sun's rays shine down upon me as I made the short walk across the road, from the bus stop to the office building. I think it was a moment of epiphany.
