I suspected as much after the last time I saw Nate and he was talking about putting together a portfolio and applying to an architecture school, but I just read the post that makes it official on their Myspace blog.

I guess I better mark November 7th on my calendar so that we can attend their last show.

I tried on the same costume I bought online today at the Halloween Express...and it doesn't fit right. It's too big! :( I'm pretty upset. I'm thinking when it gets here maybe I can grab my sewing stuff and make a few alterations...otherwise the fucker is going to go right back on ebay so I can make some cash to buy a different costume ( Read more... )

I ordered my Halloween costume! Yayyy! I found it on eBay for $25 so I snatched it up. Now I get to wait for it to arrive and hope that it fits and looks nice. I decided to reupholster our couch. I've never had any experience with this type of thing so I just grabbed some fabric, sewing stuff, and a staple gun and went to work. We had my birthday party yesterday and I think it was the best ever! There were over forty people here over the course of the night and we managed to have very minimal drama. Can you believe that?
