You have just literally blown my mind with this last chapter. I can't believe how far you brought them from beginning to end, and just how much you encompassed into this long weekend- doing it all logically, realistically, and in an emotionally resonating way, to boot.

It's the middle of the night rn for me, so for the sake of you not having to read my insomniac typing, I'll leave it at that and be back with a more thorough comment after re-reading tomorrow. (And with my ridiculous two-bits on how you should absolutely write anything else in this verse that your muse chooses.)

One, I can't believe that this is the end. Two, that was a fantastic way to end this fic. Three, just wow.

Blew me away. You've brought them so far, you've made them compromise on something huge and managed to keep them the same characters I've loved since the beginning. Rachel is fleshed out and her admitting to everything about being bullied was spot on. Then the ensuing fight was handled delicately and realistically. The fact that House wants this, wants to be a part of Rachel's life and admits it blew me away. I just... I'm speechless with your masterpiece. Thank you for continuing on with this and making it one of the best fics I've ever read. When I saw this update I was simultaneously excited and sad because I knew this would be the end, but you left it on a happy note, a hopeful note and it works perfectly.
