Yet Another Overdue Post
Whole lot of things have been happening rapidly lately. As of June 3rd I'm another year older however considering the fact that I spent said birthday getting my ass kicked, the one year wiser part seems questionable. Explanation time. Travel
I've thought about all of the places that I've gone to by myself and the one thing that has pretty much stayed consistent was the fact that after I had returned(This could be anywhere from a day after to a year after) I'd realize that I hadn't taken advantage of all the opportunities presented by the trip. -
Overdue Update
For the most part things have been uneventful. With the snow finally going away, and schedules returning to normal I've been finding more time to both work on my art and to do some gaming ( Read more... ) -

Wednesday I had my first class since I had returned from capoeira/last class of 2009. It seriously felt good be back and felt good to see familiar faces including some who I haven't seen in years. I recently came back from a trip to California. I had fun. I took in the sights, met new people, stayed in a hostel for the first time in my life(reminded me of camp), did some of my Christmas shopping. It was fun. Now... I'm remembering why I moved out. My room mates know not to disturb my sleep. I'm currently suffering from a pounding, sleep deprivation induced head ache and currently homicide/wanton destruction is looking like a good idea. It's nice to be back home and the floors look so pretty. -

I've been crashing at the parents' house this week. The floors on the first floor are being done and man, do I miss my faster computer. Using the parent's hunk o' junk is only slightly less agonizing than getting kicked in the balls. The preparation was interesting. Especially the part where I had to corral the cats. I seriously need to stop saying, "I'll actually have something to deposit into my bank account," after a good tip weekend. Every time, every freaking time I do, some crazy shit pops up kicks me in the balls and I end up having to blow all of my tip money on fixing whatever surprise problem that comes up. Current surprise problem? Broken glasses. -
