If it makes you feel better, I totally got your point, despite the ramblings. :) You'd think I've talked to you before.

Actually, I've been looking at my own life and re-discovering my ambition to keep doing what I'm doing. I've come a long way in the past year toward turning into what I want to become... and I'm on the right path, I just lost my focus somewhere along the way. Fortunately, it was waiting for me in my office at UNC when I came in yesterday.

And I would like to state for the record that I think you're awesome and I'm impressed by that list of accomplishments for your last year! Keep up the good work.

And thanks for placing all of my crap "accomplishments" right after Peter's and Kat's. (I was never, actually, a linguist for the Air Force, remember. The court martial proceedings sort of put an end to my training. And I'm not sure being an insurance worker qualifies me for any sort of accolade. But I love you for trying.)
