On a lighter note

Had a great weekend in Manchester, barring Nina's trip to the A&E (she's fine now).  The 10k was a good un', and I managed my target time of sub one hour - 58.27 to be precise.  The last 1.5k was bloody hard - the only thing that got me through it was the thought that at any moment I could run past Catherine and the Kids and I couldn't let them see ( Read more... )
