Bah. I have too much university work to do. Presentation on Thursday and a 2000 word essay the week after that. I am satarting to believe that I was wrong with decreasing/coming off my medication. I am not improving, my mood is low and i am becoming a person I do not like. Being "normal" is becoming a pretence as the feelings of depression is becoming overwelming. I have started self-harming again, I justfying them as little cuts but I know it easily ( Read more... ) -

Yesterday my dog Sam was put down. I know it was the right thing as Rob and I had spent the weekend looking after him and it was in a really bad way, no longer able to walk and incontinent but it still really upsetting. He was such an integral part of my childhood and its so sad knowing that hes not going to be around anymore.

Still here.
I haven't updated much this summer. To be honest there hasn't been much point, things have been really difficult since coming off and decreasing my medication. I've been feeling depressed, crying a lot and no motivation to do anything. I have started conselling again, I donno how much it helps but at least I'm trying to change the way I feel. Apparently today is Yorkshire Day.
Well according to BBC website "men and women from across this historic county gather to celebrate their... well, Yorkshireness - leaving outsiders baffled about why they have such a high opinion of themselves."
Unfortuately the BBC article does not instruct me in the appropiate way to celebrate being from Yorkshire. If only I had a flat cap.

Coming off my antidepressants.
My updates are infrequent, I apologise. But then there is not much to say about my life. I have finished my first year at uni, exams went well. Rob and then travelled up to my mothers house near Whitby, it was wonderful.
