Seeing Kevin's Tree at Character Camp this year is going to be very hard. Hell, it's hard just thinking about it now

I've been thinking about Character Camp too. He was sort of the undercurrent that made it run. I have my doubts about it this year without Kevin.

As in all things in life... one thing slides into place to give balance to the other. None of us are here on this plane forever. He wouldn't want us to stagnate or regress, he would want us to make it bigger and better. That spot will always hold a special significance for us because he held it as his own for so long. There will always be magic there ;)

An interesting note is that in the keep at Faire, the picnic table sat in the same place near the privvies for the first six years I was on cast. Coming back this past year the table was moved to a different spot. Whether it was intentional or not, it was not as painful to see had it been where it had always been when Cecily used it with the others.
Her magic is still there regardless ;)

I only made it to one CC, and that one we all were mourning Cecily, and shivering. If I can make it this year *crosses fingers* I don't know what we'll do. Plenty of tears and sad laughs though, I'm sure. *hugs*
