yes, I read it... that is what I am basing it off of. I would love to be so good at my job that it comes natural and so natural that everyone higher than me notices and that the only thing preventing me from advancement is 6 months... you are really, really in a good place. Yes, I know you are bored, but at least you have hope for more challenging things. I am challenged, paid $3/hr less than you, and I spend my days defending my good work instead of being recognized for it... Yes, call center work sucks... but you will be in training or something different soon and it is stable. And it pays pretty well considering you don't have to have an education... you get more than Andrew or the same, and his job requires a 4 year degree. College is stupid! jk... everyone needs to go to college...lol.
