I'm totally enjoying the weather we've been having for the past week and a half, or so.

I'm thinking of getting rid of my bank account because I keep overdrawing by accident and it's killing me. and it's not very punk, I guess, to have one.

not only are all the cool people buried in Maryland, but most of the cool people who're alive, reside there. Virginia will always be better, though. I've been listening to the Smashing Pumpkins for like two weeks, almost exclusively, and I don't see why I'd ever listen to anything else. and one side of my back is covered with itchy little red spots! there's like twenty of them in like a vertical line. they're either bug bites or I'm allergic to something. I want to fill the bathtub with ice and stay in there until it all melts.
I feel like people who have a positive image of me just don't know me well enough.

the entire month of August is looking better, every day. I feel like things are going to get back to normal when summer's over (although thinking that is depressing), and I'll have lots of time to do things that I want to do, or to not do anything at all, and it'll actually be up to me. like dozing outside.

I really don't know what to do with myself. there's a party in Tenleytown tonight but I don't feel like going anywhere because my stomach hurts and everything feels kind of dull (headache). also, it'll just be a bunch of drunk people, which aren't the sort of people I like being around, really.
