So yesterday wasn't all that bad. We got on the bus and drove for a while. Stopped and got some breakfast, then drove some more. We got to Isla Vista and ate lunch, the toured the UCSB campus. So this morning after church, I got some amazing news.... My cast has been asked to perform Nunsense in association with Pacifica Performances.

Like MY show. The one that I directed and choreographed. HOW COOL IS THAT?!?
Nothing is final, but it is just an honor to be asked in the first place. And to think that I had escaped it all finally ;)

So I just filed my state taxes. I will be getting a $101 rebate. Plus the $111 that was over paid (aka I owed nothing and did my taxes wrong) that I paid in 2005. that brings the grand total of refund money to $1700 (or somewhere there abouts.)
The refund gods are smiling on me this year (as they have in years past)

YAY

I need to file my state taxes, but I can't find my tax stuff... grrr I should have done it when I filed my federal taxes... I guess I was just to happy about my return ( Read more... )

So Nunsense opened, and that was fun, The night was so nerve wracking to be honest. I was worrying about everything. I could barely sit and watch the show I was just so tied up in knots about it. Honestly I did not feel that they were ready but they did a wonderful job, and have been doing just fine. We close this weekend and I am rather glad. ( Read more... )
