Definitely. I think the fact is that there are sometimes threats for men going into female spaces, but they're treated as though they're illegitimate for men to respond to. If they participate, their sexuality is in question; if they don't participate, their courage is in question. I think the pressures come from slightly different groups, so it's not quite the lose-lose situation I'm describing, but the pressure's still there for individuals to try to cope.
