So on WTOP there's a defense contractor that's re-branded itself and keeps advertising on my way into work. They're now called Iron Bow. They've got a tagline that's something like "Strong. Flexible."

For some reason my blood pressure rises every time I hear that ad.

Figured I'd write up how my I did on my first proper shave.

So, I took the plunge and ordered myself a safety razor, a badger brush and some soap. I've been thinking about this on and off for a few years now. I've always wanted to know how to use a straight razor, but I'm too damn groggy in the morning to trust my meager fine motor skills. So an old school safety razor seemed like a good idea.

So, I've been stuck without much to do while I've been in Nashville. That means I've turned into Seth and spent a lot of time using my Netflix account and reading books.

So I'm in Nashville. Bored and in my hotel room. So I figure I might as well catch up on this whole "Doctor Who" thingy everyone's talking about.

Eight episodes in the first season of the reboot so far. I am having a bit of trouble seeing the bad guy from Gone In Sixty Seconds as the Doctor, but I can get over it.
