A Better Barre8 Body
2014 has been the year of Challenges. My work had three: Wellness Challenge (documenting food in-take and exercise for four weeks), Lunch Challenge (bringing lunch to work for six weeks) & Cardio Challenge.
My lifestyle couldn't participate in the Cardio Challenge, but I'm looking forward to a non-work challenge in June: Barre8 3-Week Challenge. ( Read more... ) -

I'm tired beyond anything and yet I can't bring myself to lie down. My mind works over words long since spoken. I wonder: do you still check up on me? -

11:20AM: leave the apartment for the UWS
Noon: arrived at dentist. Teeth cleaning, no cavities!
1:15PM: arrived at Midtown West, pick up keys to theater in West Village
1:20PM: MTA to LES
2:30PM: Whole Foods excursion. Walk home in rain
3:20PM: MTA to City Hall

I've found myself at Pazza Notte sipping on a dirrty Belvedere martini and eavesdropping on the couple next to me. So much hostility. So much drama. You can sense the sex between them tonight will be fierce, but shallow.
