are you elligable for food stamps and other government stuff? do you get anything from the government? i bet you could. i know youve turned down this idea before but you know an appartment would be cheaper. crowded yes but crowded is better than everything being shut off and getting kicked out for not paying rent. and yeah brent needs to get a better job.

Yes we get foodstamps, and the kids have medical, Brent and I don't qualify for med. He makes too much money for us to get cash assistance. even if it were only Brent and I and the kids we would legaly have to be put into a 4 bedroom which isn't really cheaper.

I have called the YWCA for Gas and Water Asst. 3 times, they still haven't called me back.

I don't know about OR but in WA dshs has an emergency program for rent assistance. I'd say call your local dshs type place and just ask.

First thing you need to do is call the water and electric company and see if there is something you can do.

Next, St. Vincent DePaul 503-235-8431 can help you if they have the funds

Lastly, contact Pacific Magical Community Project vice-chair@pac-magic.org. They are short on cash, but they may still be able to help.
