today i ate a peice of toast, a peice of plain buttered bread, 2 glasses of o.j., banana, 2 fruit and yogurt parfaits, 2 glasses of water, glass of tea, 1 and a half bowls of stew... i think thats it!!!

Actually you can eat whatever you want as long as you watch calorie intake.. and it will be healthier you'll get all the goodies in one day like veggies meaties and grains.. instead if saying ill have toast and a banna for brekfast and parfaits and stew later

well see i understand that too... but my whole thing is i'd rather eat natural sugar instead of a twinkie... and just other stuff that isn't loaded with saturated fat and cholestrol. so that is my reasoning, but i understand what you and jake are saying

Actually I have a better idea, since I am trying to gain weight and you are all trying to lose weight, why not hook up some terry schiavo-ish feeding tube.. so whatever you guys eat goes to me?

Umm anyway if you want my 2 cents best way to lose weight is only eat 3 meals a day. absoulutely zero snacks. if you eliminate pop and only drink water (trust me i have done it, and it can be done) then you are eliminated atleast 600 extra calories a day. You'll be richard simmons in no time, all you gotta do is follow what i told you.

Eating healty is part but no fast food not even subway...its sad. thats what im starting today. Water salad apple lifting running light portions at dinner try not to finish my meal...tell myself im not hungry. swimming is very good for you as well as jogging. sounds gehh but ima do most of it...but swim i dont like it. oh yea and drinking is a no no in losing weight, but if i do everything else i can cheat once and a while.
