so today to start my diet i had no cigarettes or alcohol... thats a plus. i had 3 glasses of orange juice, 2 glasses of water, 1 glass of diet coke, 6 mini pancakes, a couple animal crackers and nilla crackers, a peice of toast, and some apple sauce... so this isn't quite a diet, but more of an eating right type of thing. mandy is helping me out
