Also, I had an awesome birthday. John and I went camping at Lake Mineral Wells State Park. It was awesome, except that I slept terribly. Gyp had fun and got so filthy that he immediately got a bath when we got back. Happy Birthday! Today is the birthday of the Montreal Protocol, a treaty between nations on the use of certain chemicals that deplete the ozone layer. It was first opened for signature on September 16, 1987. Ronald Reagan signed the treaty in 1987 for the US, and the provisions were implemented by the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.

Last week for lunch I made this. It serves two so I ate it for lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday I worked from home because of the parade for the Mavs downtown, so I ate lunch at home.
