It's finally over and the keys have been handed back to the estate agent. The last few weeks have been a blur of packing, renovating, moving and cleaning. We managed to fill a 10 ton truck and then some. Mr Wendall is gone
My cockateil made a speedy escape out the front door. Could everyone is the area please keep an eye out for her. She is a small Wiero. Yellow crest, orange cheeks etc. Also a black spot on both nostrils and a black line down one side of her beak. One of her claws is darker than the others. Off to Europe!
Looks like I will be going with J when he heads off for a conference in October.
He will be based in Delft in the Netherlands.
I may be wandering around the Netherlands by myself for a bit so I can jump on a bus trip or two.
I'm really keen to go to Paris for a while and there maybe the chance for us to tour around a bit.

Actually I don't really, It's just that this song has been running through my head for the last week. God knows why.
What I do have is a new stove. With a working oven. This might not seem very exciting, but it has been 5 years since I have had a working oven. Or a grill.
