Christmas Songs

I've always had a soft spot for Christmas carols. I mean, if you've ever been in the car with me, it's always me insisting on the channel that starts playing them November 1st while everyone around me is groaning and changing it back to the alt rock station ( Read more... )

I absolutely adore this time of the year uptil after New Years or so...The chippy weather is beaten down by the soft shudders of happiness rippling along with the swirls of biting wind, but the joyous colors make me so cheerful I can't fathom a possible bigger smile on my face. Everyone is so happy and the environment is so warm, but tense with emotion, and WOW, I can't wait.... But for some reason, I just cannot stand the music. I am to underexposed to nonIndian melodies, harmonies, whatever.

That's weird, don't you listen to Simple Plan? That's non-Indian, isn't it?

Anyways, you should start listening to 100.3 nonstop like I do, and then you'll love the music!

No!!! I have enough of you wanting to switch the station and sway me back in forth.
I don't mind the Christmas feeling but i hate it when guys sing opera, their low voices make me shudder...
besides radio stations give away very good prizes this time of year. we have to listen to get hp premiere tickets....

Oh, Christmas. Best time of the year. This post just reminded me that I downloaded Mraz covering Winter Wonderland and, uh, I can't stop smiling as it's playing. Yeah, it sure does change people.

Not to mention that I get to watch all the Christmas movies I want. Oh, oh, oh...24-hour marathon of A Christmas Story on TNT!

Haha, this post makes me all sorts of happy for some reason. And I'm all for the bottling of Christmas-y feelings.

Funny you should mention Jason Mraz because I'm going through a total Mraz-phase right now. Like in, everywhere I go I hear his music, and VH1's "I Love The Eighties 3-D" have him on, and I want to go hug him.

*Sigh*...Jason, Jason, Jason.
