My grandfather died yesterday morning. I've never been through this before, and I know I'll have to do it again, but it's damn freaking awful.

I'm flying home tomorrow for the funeral Wednesday morning... It's going to be an awful hard week. Finals next week, too.

Jesus. I don't care about anything anymore.

Both my Grandfathers died either during or the week before finals. It was the first time I'd lost anyone, too. You may not care, but you'll get through.

Take care of yourself, hon. School will take care of itself...just focus on you and the rest will fall in line.
