So I been reading a lot about Miami Beach lately. Always interesting to see the dirty politics that goes with running a city. They decided back in the early 80s not to spend funds on a area of the city so it would become even more of a slum than it allready was. Been far to long but really nothing to say. Still rereading the Sprawl trilogy by William Gibson. Still having fun in school.

Right now I am rereading William Gibson's Neuromancer and Richard K. Morgan's Altered Carbon. Both take place in the future where technology has done nothing to change the human condition. Cyberpunk is when hackers get to look cool and shoot guns at the same time. Usually Cyberpunk fiction invovles deadbeat/poor individuals who stick it to The Man in a future society run by big business. Doing Calculus is a fricken bore, but I have no qualms about sitting at the computer, staring at my java code, and tyring to figure out how to write the next line. I hope comp sci stays cool for a long long time. It probally helps that this coding stuff is new to me and I am not coming into the class being bored.

I mean really lame. I been following it somewhat since THREE years ago, and the new 7 minute trailer on youtube makes it out to be a teen drama. Is this where the series is heading? For some odd reason, they only have a few parts about the actual gameplay. Last time I checked it was susposed to be a game, but I could be mistaken.
