today i got a 91 on my written test. basic recipes and some namebrand questions. im stoked because tomorrow is the speed test, 12 drinks in 7 minutes. that is so definatly doable

You need to demand more Subway fixins. YOu can ask for as much as you want but I am sure the managers are hounding the teens behind the registers to not give away too much unless requested..

also, how the hell long is this bartending school? i thought those things were like two sessions...

its a 2 week course, 4hours on weekdays, or 1 week session for 8 hours a day, or 4 hours each saturday for 10 saturdays. they go over basic and fancy drink recipes, liquor knowledge, customer service, suggestive selling, speed techniques, behind a real bar with hands on training, but i suggest you act quickly, seats are filling up etc.
