Down 4 lbs!
This morning I woke up and felt really concerned because I felt hungry. But when I weighed myself, I was down 4 pounds from Saturday!!! Yay! This made me feel strong!!! Only eating 350 calories today?! No problem, I can totally handle that!!! And still going to Muay Thai, after helping wash/clip a horse at the fairgrounds, and
