Florence just made a wonderful "stew." It was super hearty, so i think I will lovingly nickname it a vegetable/lentil/t.v.p. melée. Yes. A tasty melée. Plus, it also fittingly describes what's going on in my stomach right now. Yowza.

P.S. - Drew equals super cool. I have a newfound respect for the human ear.

I have not gone a night this week without listening to Nellie McKay before bed. She has definitely passed the "really good artist test," now I should give her a rest because her new cd is coming out sometime in December (complete with a duet with Cyndi Lauper, holy rapture). To sum up what happened since we last spoke: New job, moved into the house with Florence, our electricity was shut off because our landlord is a liar, I/we made the best of the two days in the dark, i'm looking for a new job, searching for fun in all the right places, and we now have internet. i probably should not update with no contacts on. I made cookies today, for Mom. Adter that, "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?" with the one and only, Anna. Bette Davis will forevevr haunt my dreams.

The Simon and Garfunkel cd that was stuck in my brother's old cd player has been magically recovered after about a year and I half of imprisonment. It is really sickening; the sheer intensity I go about loving it. I finally posted my user picture and I am content. Now to change this horrid format...if I ever care enough to get to it. School is coming to an end and I find myself needing, more than anything, to buy a camera. I have a sense of dread concerning the loss of friends.

I spilled ketchup on Erica's shirt today. The strange part about that was that I was wearing it. And it was right after i got the nose bleed stains out of it. Again, from me, while I was wearing it.
