I am grateful for my health. I have not been sick at all this last cold/flu season, I never give "being sick" any attention. I don't worry about it, I don't fear it, even though my daughter was sick with something every other week, being in kindergarten

I too have undervalued myself for a very long time. That is why I haven't been able to get ahead financially. Like attracts like.

It needs to change. I want better.
