So the no sweets for lent is going well, I know it has only been 2 days but the exercising is hard since its so damn cold out, I am not motivated to get out of bed early in the morning to go run in the cold, I feel like such a slacker, I used to exercise for 2 hours a day, I feel like I am going to end up like Jessica

So I was fasting/over exercising and had a slight cold, this is my second day of the fast and had to break down and have some soup for dinner because all of a sudden I have a horrible sore throat and a fever with body aches etc. I don't want solid foods bc that will totally ruin my fast but I am just really upset. I guess its expected when fasting

So I am packing up and hitting the road to run a 20k. I am a little nervous but I am so glad I signed up, it has kept my ass in gear for the past few months. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

yeah, this is really random, but I was reading a mag that had a pic of when oprah was at her lowest weight, she got there by drinking 400 cals a day and eating nothing...its weird to think of who is consdidered to have an eating disorder and who isn't...also Howard Stern's sidekick lady did the master clense for a LONG time where she just drank

heh I have been slacking lately in running and I just blamed it on my crazy schedule, I am studying or at class everyday but I saw this thing in the library that said 'if your excuse for not exercising is that you don't have enough time then maybe you are not managing your time wisely since all of the past presidents have jogged on a regular basis
